Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to what patients and families most often ask about our Emergency Ambulance Services.

Yes, absolutely. Our emergency line +234 703 801 3788 is staffed and answered every hour of every day, including weekends and public holidays. We operate without interruption because medical emergencies do not follow a schedule. If you call and the line is briefly engaged, please call again immediately.
Please be ready to give: your exact location (address, street, landmark), the nature of the emergency (what happened and current condition), the number of people involved, the patient's age if known, and your callback phone number. Do not hang up — our dispatcher may stay on the line with you and provide guidance until the crew arrives.
Emergency ambulance services are subject to fees that vary based on the type of response, distance, and level of care provided. Many HMO and private health insurance plans cover ambulance services. Please contact our billing department or present your insurance card on arrival at the hospital. We will never delay emergency care due to payment concerns.
Yes. We provide inter-facility patient transfer services for patients who require medical supervision during transport between hospitals, clinics, or care facilities. These are planned transfers that can be booked in advance. Please contact us during office hours to arrange a non-emergency transfer and provide patient medical details so we can assign the appropriate level of crew and equipment.
Stay calm and stay with the patient. Keep the person as still and comfortable as possible. Do not give food or water. If the patient is unconscious and not breathing, and you are trained in CPR, begin chest compressions. Send someone to the entrance of the building or road to guide the ambulance crew. Keep the emergency line open and follow our dispatcher's instructions.
